Delete your MeadowRush account

You can ask us to delete your MeadowRush account and the data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@pesstudios.com from the email address you use to sign in to MeadowRush.
2. Use the subject “Delete account” and include your username in the game.
3. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

We ask you to write from your registered address so we can verify that the account is yours. If you no longer have access to that address, write to us anyway and we will agree on another way to confirm it.

What we delete

• Your account: email address, username and password hash
• Your scores in the leaderboards
• Your group memberships
• Messages you sent in group chat

What may be kept for a short time

Technical server logs (which may contain your IP address, user ID or username) are kept until they expire, for at most 30 days.
